Return Policy
You may return any unopened merchandise in new & original condition for a full refund of the item cost, excluding shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will promptly send out a replacement or issue a refund for the full cost of the returned merchandise, including shipping costs. You will not be charged any additional shipping costs for replacement shipments.
Return Authorization is required for all returns. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our

Service department with details of your request. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization memo with instructions on how to return your items.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also
accept payments via PayPal. Your orders are accepted through our secure on-line
ordering system. An authorization is placed on your card at the time of your
order for the full amount of your purchase. However, your credit card will
not be charged until your order is packed and processed for shipping. The only exception is for special backorder requests, which may be charged prior to shipment. You will receive a confirmation
email after placing your order. Sales tax is applicable only on orders shipping to Massachusetts.
